Overview

The course provides comprehensive training for food safety management personnel to build on their current knowledge of ISO 22000 and establish effective auditing skills to evaluate the effectiveness of the food safety management system in their organization.

Our experienced facilitator who has more than 20 years of experience in management system audit will guide participants through the food safety management system internal audit process, from planning an audit to reporting on audit results and following up on corrective actions.

  • Interpretation of ISO 22000 standard as an internal auditor in the audit process.

  • Principals of auditing with reference to ISO 19011.

  • Roles and responsibilities of auditors.

  • Internal auditing skills through understanding the processes, procedures, and techniques of auditing for compliance check against ISO 22000 standard requirements.

  • Audit report writing to communicate audit outcome and findings Following up for audit findings closure.

Target Audience

This course is suitable for new internal auditors as well as existing auditors (as a refresher) who have been tasked to perform internal audits or supplier quality audits for their company’s ISO 22000:2018 FSMS. They may be FSMS team members, Management representatives, operations, production, quality managers, executives, etc.
